FX (formerly HaHaTV!) is a German comedy-oriented TV channel launched in 2010 by News Corporation. after the merger of ViacomCBS and Fox Corporation in 2021, Paramount Corporation, which is a division of ViacomCBSFOX Corporation, decided to transfer HaHaTV! to 20th Century Fox Communications, resulting it to change their name to the German feed of FX.
