Mutants from Outer Space is an American animated television series based on the 1995 CD-ROM game of the same name. created for the Fox network by Michael Wildshill and Bob Camp, a 2D background designer for two of Fox's previous animated shows: The Simpsons and Alaina Gleen. Wildshill and Camp is also known for directing the feature-length 2008 animated film, titled Mutants from Outer Space, was released on October 31, 2008, a month after the series finale.

The mutant aliens enters the earth attacks the city called Motorville, California, the shows centers on the adventures of five mutants of, Jellio (voiced by Edward Norton), a fat blob monster who speaks with Italian accent, Microtron 3000 (voiced by Tom Kenny), a robot, T.E.D. (voiced by Carlos Alazraqui), a alien, Meltate (voiced by Rob Paulsen), a Melbolt, and Bob (voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson), a monster-like mutant alien, the becoming planet evil lord King Mortus (voiced by Rob Paulsen) get attacks and destroyed the earth, the two human children Vinny Phoenix (voiced by Tara Strong) and Megon Morton (voiced by Debi Derryberry) and the last judgement member of a UFO ships on the city, the mutants of when plan two stuffed dogs for then experiment bodies. With the nurse of both his dog sidekicks and his friends, mutants just save culture from the aliens of the sky, meanwhile cutting messages of love, eternity, energetic, and fighting. The series first aired in the United States on October 31, 2002, and ended its run on April 20, 2008. The show has also appeared internationally on Teletoon/YTV in Canada, SBS and Cartoon Network in South Korea and Fox Kids/Jetix in Latin America.

Mutants from Outer Space has achieved a strong cult among critics and audiences for its humor, visual style, and themes and is notable for helping action-adventure Fox series to rise into popularity at the turn of the new millenium.
